Users are only counted if they visit your website for 30 seconds or longer. There is no time limit on this package. It expires once you receive all of the hits that you purchased.

The email account that is set-up with your website will allow people to email you right from your Website. It will have your web address in it, which is a good marketing tool and it looks more professional.

You may have to change one of your email settings. Open Outlook and click on the “Tools” menu. Go to email accounts and select “View or change existing accounts.” Once you click “Next” it will bring up your accounts. Select your email account and click “Change.” All of your information for your account will appear in a window; click the “More Settings” button and choose the “Outgoing Server” tab. Select the first check box and click ok. Once you have done this see if you are still receiving an error. If so, please read instructions below.

Some Internet Service Providers will not allow mail to be sent through a different server than their own. Known companies are Earthlink, Velocity, and Surf Erie. If you have your internet through one of these companies and are having problems with your OUTGOING mail, you must call them and ask what their Outgoing Mail Server is.
