It is important to make sure that the correct dimensions are submitted. The above graphic should help when designing your envelope. To create a bleed, set your margins at a minimum of a 1/8 inch on ALL sides. This allows for your bleed and your safe zone. The extra printing area will wrap around the edge of the envelope and show up a little on the back. Layouts for envelopes without bleeds should be sized at 9.5 x 4.125.
