August, 2004 - Launching the new Cassidy Design Website
Cassidy Design launched their new website in August of 2004. The new site features a brand new design, easier navigation, updated information, and new sections including Client Services and Free Stuff! "Our goal is to provide a wealth of information to clients and potential customers which will help them when making decisions or when they have questions," states the founder and CEO, Michelle Cassidy. On the new features, Cassidy states, "Our new website focuses strongly on customer service. Sometimes, people just don't have the time to pick up the phone to get a quote or ask about a problem they may be experiencing. With the online FAQ section and client services, people can find answers to all of their questions. We also provide visual walkthroughs, such as the email setup. Sometimes, it is easier to see what you need to do."
